Owing to its one-of-a-kind business model, the Performance Management roll is unique to Stalwart. As a Performance Manager you play a vital role in differentiating our company on the basis of customer service excellence. Our strong reputation and referenceability has been a strong determinant of Stalwart's success and as a Performance Manager you will be largely responsible for continuing to garner the loyalty of our clients. As one of the client's primary points of contact, you will have the opportunity to take personal ownership of client issues and work together to make our clients want to do business with Stalwart for years to come. Since we are in the engineer business, you will also play a vital role supporting the team of engineers assigned to you.

We are constantly seeking bright, self-motivated individuals who enjoy energetically providing solutions to our client’s problems, whether it is providing product and technical advice or helping our clients improve their businesses. Your responsibilities will have substantial variety including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Answering 40-60 inbound calls per day from internal and external clients
  • Developing professional relationships with our clients
  • Assisting clients in placing product orders
  • Recommending new product offerings
  • Providing product and technical advice
  • Ensuring that clients enjoy the time they spend working with you
  • Helping clients track and expedite orders
  • Learning about new products and industry trends
  • Attending product and industry seminars and training events
  • Assisting your engineers to meet and exceed sales quotas

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience is required; 5 to 7 years of experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree is required; or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects.
  • Cisco Sales Expert (CSE) certification is required, additional partner certifications are preferred.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid grasp of security and unified communications solutions.
  • Strong aptitude for inside sales and customer service.

Responsibility:

  • The tasks this individual is responsible are often unstructured and the issues addressed are less defined requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
  • This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving problems that are complex in scope requiring in-depth evaluation.
  • Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions.

Interaction:

  • This individual must work effectively with Staff to Director level employees within the function, across functions and with external parties.  
  • Limited supervision and direction is provided, as this individual can operate and drive results and set priorities independently.  
  • The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert.
  • To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through regular leadership and influencing others.
