Charlotte, North Carolina - Stalwart is proud to announce that its Executive Vice President of Engineering, Jim Guido, is the first engineer in the Carolinas to attain the Cisco Technology Solution Specialist (TSS) designation for Cisco Voice Advanced Technology products. Partners with TSS engineers are considered to be better qualified to prepare, plan and design Cisco solutions, especially in the areas of Unified Communications and Security.
With the TSS designation, Cisco’s Channel and Sales organization recognizes Jim’s unique ability to explain, demonstrate and design robust unified communications solutions which meet or exceed clients’ complex business requirements. Randy Balot, Director of IT at Forbo Movement Systems, a valued Stalwart client, adds, “With the quality of Stalwart’s organization, I am not surprised to learn that Jim Guido is the first to receive recognition as being among the best and brightest… and I seriously doubt he will be the last!”
Jim Guido is a member of the core team who helped found the company over 6 years ago. Prior to that, he was an asset to the local Cisco team for almost 2 years. Jim is a person who embodies Stalwart’s core values and beliefs and whose expert reputation extends beyond IP telephony and networking technologies to include security and wireless.
