Accelerated Integration Management
Our services are delivered using our Accelerated Integration Management (AIM) quality process. AIM ensures work is completed on time and within budget.
Stalwart has invested heavily in the operational infrastructure required to develop and maintain this methodology. AIM offers a distinct advantage when it comes to work flow efficiency, customer satisfaction, information availability and accuracy. It enhances the quality of results and provides a high level of quantitative data for decision support.
As its name implies, AIM is geared to optimize your return on investment. This unique quality process has been designed to encompass the whole engagement life cycle, from proposal to support.
AIM’s flexibility allows Stalwart to engage a client at any point in their own cycle, integrating it into their methods and systems while maintaining Stalwart' standards for quality and consistency. Scheduled reviews provide a formal means of properly aligning resources and deliverables with the project plan. The reviews, called Gate Reviews and Design Reviews, are performed at key intervals in the project cycle.
Gate Reviews (GR-1 and GR-2) provide a structured forum for the project team to address issues and allow for an objective decision to proceed — or not proceed — to the next phase. Stalwart architects stand-alone deliverables for Plan and Act phases of AIM, allowing its clients, as well as itself, to select a better suited provider for the remainder of the project if needed. This is the essence of true partnership.
Design Reviews (DR-1 and DR-2) provide a forum to periodically assess the conformance of design features with project objectives at critical junctures in the project’s life cycle.
