President — Bill Cooper
Bill Cooper has over 18 years of professional experience in information technology, business development, professional services, and sales and marketing  including third world management consulting. The last 11 years of his career encompass leadership roles within a broad range of information technology companies; from Oracle-based ERP applications to leading edge supply chain models and business-to-business e-commerce offerings. Mr. Cooper has worked with a wide array of businesses, from startups to Fortune 500 organizations like Unocal Oil Company, Learjet, Bell South and EDS.

As the President of Stalwart, he is obsessed with four things:

1. Consistently serving the customer with the utmost in skill, passion and integrity;
2. Building and maintaining a cohesive management team;
3. Creating, communicating and reinforcing organizational clarity;
4. Empowering the employees of Stalwart to take ownership in the company’s success.

Mr. Cooper is working towards his CISSP certification and has a B.S. degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management, where he was awarded both the Charles H. Babcock Merit Scholarship and class presidency.

V.P., Engineering — Jim S. Guido, CCNP, CCNA, CSS
Jim Guido is a veteran engineer with over eleven years of relevant industry experience specializing in data networking, security and IP telephony infrastructure design, implementation and management. Due to his extensive background in security and IP telephony, Mr. Guido supplies critical insights into the design process, as well as efficient troubleshooting skills. He has successfully leveraged his depth of experience to benefit clients in a number of ways, including design and implementation of the following:

• Secure Data Communications Infrastructure
• Secure IP Telephony
• Secure Internet VPN

Mr. Guido held a senior level technical position in networking and security for Cisco Systems prior to joining Stalwart. He has first-hand experience in enterprise networking and systems environments and has served in lead capacities for many large-scale rollouts. Mr. Guido has a BS in Business Management Systems from the University of Bridgeport.

Director, Performance Management Group — Lang Ligon
Lang Ligon has served for the past 25 years as principal in several sales and marketing firms in the Southeast. In 1982 he co-founded and served as President/CEO of Stratagem Research, Inc., a software development company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina serving more than 20,000 end-users in fifty states. Mr. Ligon has advised numerous international corporations focused on infrastructure development projects in third-world countries.

Mr. Ligon’s primary responsibilities with Stalwart relate to the expansion of Stalwart’s customer base into the healthcare industry. His business management skills and experience compliment Stalwart’s technical service offerings by reflecting its view that technology decisions are principally business driven.Mr. Ligon has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from The Citadel where he was a member of the Economic Honor Society. During the past thirty years, he has gained numerous professional designations.

Director, Finance and Administration — Russ Knight
Russ Knight has over ten years of accounting experience with much of that experience as a senior accountant at a prominent heavy highway contractor in Georgia. He has also served as treasurer in several not-for-profit ventures.

Mr. Knight has received his BBA in Sales and Marketing from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. He has also received his BBA in Accounting from Kennesaw State University in Marietta, Georgia. He is currently pursuing his CPA certification.
