Reporting directly to the Director, Performance Management, this individual will be responsible for marshalling Stalwart’s resources to provide unsurpassed customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Managing Stalwart’s quote and proposal process
Managing Stalwart’s production schedule
Developing and/or maintaining extensive product knowledge
Customer satisfaction with existing clients
Mastering Stalwart' sales process
Managing demand creation campaigns
Presenting Stalwart's methodologies and service offerings to prospective clients
Conducting initial needs analysis for prospective clients
Handling contract negotiations

Qualifications
Requirements:

BA/BS degree
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Passion for customer service
2 years inside sales experience for an IT reseller

Preferred Experience:

Industry experience in information technology, financial services, telecommunications or e-business
Technical background/experience in security and communications processes and technologies
Established clientele in the North and South Carolina
Project management methodology experience
Technical writing
