In order to sell a product or service, there must exist a level of trust with clients. Given the amount of commercialism and 'hype' that most consumers are subjected to today, it is no wonder today's consumer is skeptical. With everyone proclaiming their product or service or company to be 'best of breed' or 'unique' or 'market leading,' what can you do to cut through the hype and get the straight scoop? Why not listen to clients who don't get paid to tell you their opinion?
